SAN GUILLERMO, ISABELA – The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Isabela Provincial Statistical Office, in partnership with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of San Guillermo, successfully conducted National ID registration and other PSA related services on 8–9 July 2025 at Centro I, San Guillermo, Isabela.
This initiative is part of PSA – Isabela’s continuing efforts to promote accessibility and inclusivity by bringing services closer to communities. The National ID registration provides residents with a secure and reliable proof of identity, allowing for easier access to government services, programs, and financial assistance—ultimately contributing to improved socioeconomic outcomes.
Alongside the National ID registration, the PSA also offered on-site civil registration services on the first day of the event. These included the issuance of birth certificates printed on Security Paper and the deployment of a Civil Registration System (CRS) mobile outlet, enabling clients to request and receive copies of their civil registry documents conveniently.
The two-day activity was met with favorable participation from residents representing various barangays, resulting in the successful provision of services to a total of 141 clients. Throughout the event, the PSA–Isabela team maintained an orderly and efficient registration process by delivering continuous assistance and promptly responding to all inquiries.
PSA–Isabela extends its sincere appreciation to the LGU of San Guillermo for their strong support in advancing the goals of the National ID System and other PSA programs. Through sustained collaboration, the agency remains committed to delivering accessible, efficient, and citizen-centered public services.
