01 March 2024 - TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN. The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office II (PSA-RSSO II) joined the celebration of 2024 National Women's Month through Fun Walk within the Regional Government Center (RGC), Carig Sur, Tuguegarao, Cagayan, followed by a Mass on 01 March 2024.

This year’s theme, 'Lipunang Patas sa Bagong Pilipinas," and complemented by the empowering slogan ‘Kakayahan ng Kababaihan, Patutunayan!’, underscores the untapped potential of women, encouraging their active involvement in and contribution to national progress and development.

During the opening program, Engr. Girme M. Bayucan, Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of PSA-RSSO II, exemplified the theme by embodying the principles of CASH – Compassion, Administration, Simple, and Honest. This gesture symbolizes the commitment to fostering a workplace environment that reflects these values, fostering a culture of inclusivity and empowerment.

As part of the opening activity, the agency also prepared Trivia questions for the clients, adding an interactive element to the event. Additionally, both employees and On-the-Job Trainees participated in the Zumba session, injecting energy, and vibrancy into the celebration.
