30 January 2024 – City of Ilagan. The Provincial Office of the Philippine Statistics Authority-Isabela working hand and hand with the Municipal Civil Registrar’s Office of Luna, Isabela continues its blunt effort to put every Pinoy and Pinay in the picture. As the national government aim to register every Filipino and provide sole Identification by the PhilSys National ID.

On January 17, 2024, a significant milestone unfolded at the LMB Building of Luna, Isabela. The spotlight was on the 82 beneficiaries of PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Project as they were bestowed with Certificate of Live Birth in Security Paper. The ceremony began with a welcome message of Atty. Jennielyn Yadao-Castillo, General Service officer of the

Luna then with the informative talk of the Senior Statistical Specialist of PSA Isabela, Engr. Marivic M. Garcia.

The concerted efforts and initiative of PSA Isabela and the LGU of Luna, Isabela reflects the commitment to expand the birth registration services in the province.
