Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya – The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Nueva Vizcaya joins the Job Fair Activity cum Government Service Caravan and Profiling of Distressed Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and offered National ID services to the participants held at Carlos M. Padilla Convention Center, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya on 22-23 April 2024.

In support of the provincial government’s initiative to bring frontline services closer to the public, the PSO joined the two-day activity organized by the Department of Migrant Workers Regional Office 02 (DMW RO2) and the Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Employment Service Division (PESO). PSO offered National ID services to its participants namely – National ID registration, updating of demographic information, National ID in paper form issuance, Transaction Reference Number (TRN) retrieval and assistance in the generation of the Digital National ID. The National ID team successfully registered 35 OFWs during the activity.

This effort underscores the PSO’s commitment to bringing an inclusive identification system, ensuring that even the most vulnerable sectors, such as displaced and returning OFWs – are not left behind in accessing government services, financial support, and reintegration programs.
