The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Quirino Provincial Statistical Office, in collaboration with the PSA Regional Statistical Services Office (RSSO) II, successfully rolled out the first-ever Mobile Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlet in Quirino Province on 16 July 2025, at the Quirino Police Provincial Office, Ground Parade, San Leonardo, Aglipay.
The activity was part of the 30th Police Community Relations (PCR) Month celebration which aims to strengthen the relationship between the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the public. This year's theme, "Sa Bagong Pilipinas, Ang Gusto ng Pulis, Ligtas Ka," highlights the PNP's commitment to creating safer communities. A key component of this celebration is the "Pamilya ng Pulis" family day, which recognizes the vital role of police families in supporting officers and boosting morale.
Engr. Cherry Grace D. Agustin, Chief Statistical Specialist of PSA Quirino, graced the event and delivered an inspiring message, emphasizing the importance of inter-agency collaboration in delivering timely and inclusive government services. She commended the PNP’s continued support through the leadership of Provincial Director PCOL Paul Y Gamido in helping the PSA reach more constituents, especially in remote areas.
“We appreciate the cohesive partnership of PNP in all our undertakings at the PSA, in our motorcade, meeting through PSC or the Philippine Statistics Committee , IECs , data dissemination, you never failed to show your enormous support to us. With your presence and assistance, we are able to overcome logistical and safety challenges in remote areas, ensuring that every Quirinians is counted and represented in our statistics.”, CSS Agustin said.
“As partners in public service, we at the PSA deeply value and commend the unwavering dedication of our police officers. Your continued support not only strengthens our initiatives but also inspires us to serve with the same level of integrity, compassion, and excellence.” she added.
The Mobile CRS Outlet provides the Police Officers and their families including those residents of Aglipay who leaves nearby the venue with a convenient and efficient means to secure civil registry documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, certificate of no marriage (CENOMAR) and certificate of no death (CenoDeath).
More notably, the Mobile CRS Outlet facilitates same-day release of requested civil registry documents.
In addition, PSA Quirino offered National ID services during the event which includes National ID Registration, updating and or correction of demographic information and issuance of National ID in paper.
The successful launch of the first Mobile CRS Outlet in Quirino Province, alongside the provision of National ID services, exemplifies PSA Quirino’s commitment to delivering accessible, inclusive, and efficient public service.
