The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) -Isabela Provincial Statistical Office (IPSO) successfully conducted National ID registration at the Astrodome, Roxas, Isabela, on 25 March 2025, as part of the 5th Congressional District Office (Isabela) Job Fair Service Caravan.
In collaboration with the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) Region II, PSA-Isabela provided mobile National ID services to local and international job seekers. Applicants who possessed a National ID received prompt attention from participating employers, who recognized it as a valid and efficient form of identification.
The mobile activity offered various services, including registration for all ages, issuance of National IDs in paper form, retrieval of lost Transaction Reference Numbers (TRN), requests for the replacement of peeled-off National ID cards, assistance in accessing the digital National ID, and tracking of National ID status.
Moreover, any format of National ID can serve as a valid and sufficient proof of identity and age, subject to authentication. It is recognized as an official government-issued identification document for transactions in both the public and private sectors. The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is now also accepting even the Digital Form as the latest version of National ID.
Throughout the activity, PSA registered 40 individuals for the National ID, 26 of whom were former Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW), and Digital National ID was also offered to those unable to download their ePhilID.
