Top- MCR Tabunan of LCRO Nagtipunan and staff, together with RD Bayucan receive the certificate and plaque of recognition for ranking first under the Extra Small Category;

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) recognized the Outstanding Local Civil Registry Offices (LCROs) for the year 2024 on 29-30 July 2025 at the SMX Convention Center Clark, Mabalacat, Pampanga.

The awards aimed to recognize the efforts of the LCROs in delivering civil registration services, activities, and programs. There were two LCROs in the province that successfully bagged top ranks in the 2024 Outstanding Local Civil Registry Offices.

The LCRO Nagtipunan, headed by MCR Melanie B. Tabunan ranked 1st out of 523 LCROs under the Extra Small category (with submission of 0-499 documents). They also received the 2024 Circle of Excellence Award. 

Likewise, LCRO Cabarroguis, headed by MCR Engr. Wilmer D. Dollaga landed 5th place out of 193 LCROs under the Large category (with submission of 2,000-3,999 documents).

The plaques and certificates of recognition were awarded by PSA National Statistician and Civil Registrar General, Undersecretary Claire Dennis S. Mapa, Deputy National Statistician Clemente S. Manaog, Deputy National Statistician Rosalinda P. Bautista, and Assistant National Statistician Engr. Marizza B. Grande. The recognitions were received by the respective LCRs with the RSSO II Officer-in-Charge, Engr. Girme M. Bayucan and CRASD Chief Rose Q. Pacay.
