PSA CAGAYAN CONDUCTS 3RD LEVEL TRAINING FOR 2025 ULAFO-LMFLC

July 28, 2025 — Tuguegarao City – The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Cagayan Provincial Statistical Office (PSO Cagayan) is currently conducting the 3rd Level Training for the 2025 Updating of the List of Agricultural Farm Operators and Inland Fishing Households (ULAFO) and the 2025 Listing of Marine Fish Landing Centers (LMFLC) at the Crown Pavilion, Tuguegarao City, from July 28 to August 01, 2025.

Ms. Cristeta M. Retoma, Supervising Statistical Specialist, Officer-in-Charge, welcomed the participants by extending her gratitude, emphasizing that their participation in the training is vital to its success.

Ms. Salvacion A. Mangoma, Statistical Specialist II (SSII), Ms. Ma. Visitacion M. Tuliao, Statistical Analyst (SA) and Ms. Saylen Joyce B. Calate, SA, served as focal persons for the activity and played key roles in ensuring the smooth implementation of the training.

Technical guidance and support are provided by Central Office representatives - Ms. Leilan Suerte L. Lacbayan, Assistant Statistician (AS), and Ms. Sophia Luz C. Dulatre, SA, who discussed the methodologies, provided an overview, and duties and responsibilities to the personnel involved which are essential for the effective implementation of the field operations.

The training was designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of PSA field personnel ensuring that they are well-equipped to collect accurate and reliable data in preparation for the upcoming province-wide data collection on agriculture and fisheries.
