21 March 2024 - City of Ilagan. Employees of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Isabela marked Women's Month with a day of education, empowerment, and connection along the Abuan River.
The event kicked off with a warm welcome from Chief Statistical Specialist, Mr. Julius M. Emperador, setting the stage for what promised to be a memorable occasion. His opening remarks not only set the tone for the celebration but also emphasized the importance of honoring women's contributions and achievements.
Following Mr. Emperador's remarks, Senior Statistical Specialist, Engr. Marivic M. Garcia, took the floor, further underscoring the significance of the event. The highlight of the event came with Administrative Officer I, Ms. Ma. Cristina R. Sanchez, who delivered a lecture on women's rights. Moreover, she shared fascinating trivia about women's history, engaging the audience and sparking meaningful conversations.
