
RKO Galutan during the capturing of biometrics at BJMP-Maddela District
The Provincial Statistical Office (PSO)- Quirino conducted Institutional National ID Registration for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology-Maddela District, Poblacion Sur, Maddela, Quirino on 12 April 2025.
A total of seventeen (17) PDLs were successfully registered to the National ID System, facilitated by Registration Kit Operator (RKO) Reynie L.Galutan.
This initiative is part of PSA’s commitment to inclusive governance, ensuring that every Filipino, regardless of circumstance, is recognized and afforded equal access to government services. The registration was conducted in close coordination with BJMP-Maddela headed by Municipal Jail Warden JINSP Rhett G. Reodique to guarantee proper documentation and smooth facilitation of services for PDLs.
Providing legal identity through the National ID allows PDLs to benefit from social protection programs, financial services, and other government initiatives. It is a crucial step toward empowering individuals and reinforcing their rights as citizens.
PSO Quirino continues to intensify its efforts in expanding the reach of the National ID services, striving to make it more accessible to all sectors of society, including those in detention facilities.
