PSA National ID Team during the Registration and Authentication of DSWD 4Ps beneficiaries at Alicia, Isabela
18 March 2025 – ALICIA, ISABELA. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) - Isabela Provincial Statistical Office, through its continued partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), successfully conducted National ID registration and authentication services for P4Ps beneficiaries of Alicia, Isabela, on 03-07 March 2025.
The activity was aligned with the program’s Family Development Session (FDS) to reinforce the registration process. The entire duration of the activity was held in a single venue at the Alicia Community Center, along with other National ID services. This initiative provided an accessible location for registration, even for beneficiaries' children aged 0 to 4 years old.
Last year’s authentication records show that the municipality of Alicia completed the authentication procedure for its 4Ps beneficiaries. As part of the verification process, beneficiaries presented their National ID Card Number and underwent biometric authentication using the National ID Authentication Kit to confirm their identity. The result, either "No Match" or "Yes Match," was logged, and the consolidated outcome was submitted to the DSWD 4Ps representative.
PSA - IPSO provided a full suite of National ID services, including updating demographic information, issuing National IDs in paper form, assisting in downloading the Digital National ID, retrieving lost Transaction Reference Numbers (TRNs), and processing requests for the replacement of peeled-off photos on National ID cards.
Over the course of five days, PSA registered a total of 564 individuals, 101 of whom were children below five (5) years old. Five (5) beneficiaries were authenticated with an identity "Match," while 95 National IDs in paper form were issued, and 16 beneficiaries updated their demographic information.
The PSA - Isabela Provincial Statistical Office (IPSO) remains committed to improving accessibility to social protection services, ensuring that 4Ps beneficiaries, particularly those with young dependents, benefit from an equitable and efficient registration process.
For more information on registration and authentication schedules and requirements, beneficiaries may refer to their respective local DSWD offices.
