Engr. Girme M. Bayucan administering the oath of office PACRCCI’s newly elected officers

 

10 February 2025, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan – The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Cagayan Provincial Statistical Office in cooperation with the local civil registry offices (LCROs) held its second monthly meeting at PSA Regional Statistical Service Office II (RSSO2) Conference Hall. The activity was highlighted by the induction of the newly elected officers PACRCCI. Engr. Girme M. Bayucan, Chief Statistical Specialist, officer-in-charge of PSA RSSO2 administered the oath of office to the appointed officials on February 10. OIC Bayucan emphasizes in his message that cooperation and solidarity is indispensable in bolstering the civil registration and vital statistics. 

 

The following are the newly proclaimed PACRCCI officers who took their oath:

President: Irene Z. Cabagui
Vice-President: Kay Meynard E. Aggabao
Secretary: Minerva T. Maramag
Asst. Secretary: Carolina A. Calucag
Treasurer: Haydee P. Catolos
Asst. Treasurer: Cherry S. Calpito
Auditor: Epie A. Tagala
Business Manager: Liza M. Abad
PIO: Jamaica Indira U. Israel-Ordillo

Board of Directors:
1st District: Atanacio G. Tungpalan
2nd District: Jose P. Urata, Jr.
3rd District: Edmundo B. Tannagan

 

The 35th Civil Registration month with the theme, “Building a resilient, agile, and future-fit civil registration and Vital Statistics System” was also discussed and in line with the celebration, the MCRs are preparing activities such as mobile registration, mass wedding, distribution of security paper (SecPA) and others to continue serving clients bringing public service closer to the people.

 

The PACRCCI through its president, MCR Irene Z. Cabagui, reiterated that the association’s success is based on everyone’s effort by sharing their knowledge, expertise, and continued collaboration in addressing civil registration challenges and concern. She also reaffirmed civil registrars' unwavering focus to providing efficient, accurate, and dependable civil registration services. It was evidence of the power of teamwork, the drive for ongoing development, and the dedication to public service.
