Registered Live Births in Nueva Vizcaya decreased in May 2025
In May 2025, a total of 596 live births were registered in Nueva Vizcaya. It is a decrease of 26.85 percent in the registered live births compared to the same month in 2024, with 756 registered live births. As shown in Figure 1, the highest number of registered births in May 2025 was recorded in the municipality of Bayombong with a total of 289, which contributed 48.49 percent of the total registered births in the province. The municipality of Bambang followed with a total of 126 at 21.14 percent, the municipality of Solano also followed with a total of 40, which is a 6.71 percent contribution to the registered live births of the province
The municipalities with the least number of registered live births in May 2025 were recorded in Quezon with 3 registered births; Dupax del Sur with 4 registered births; Ambaguio with 7 registered live births.

The Registered Marriages of Nueva Vizcaya increased in May 2025
There were 220 registered marriages in the province in May 2025 compared to 150 registered marriages in the same month of 2024. In Figure 2, the graph shows an increase of 31.82 percent in registered marriages. The municipality with the most registered marriages was Solano with 30 registered marriages; Kasibu with 25 registered marriages; Bambang with 21 registered marriages.
The municipalities with the least registered marriages in May 2025 were Ambaguio and Dupax del Sur, with 5 registered marriages each; Alfonso Castañeda with 7 registered marriages; and Villaverde with 10 registered marriages.

Registered Deaths in Nueva Vizcaya increased in May 2025
In May 2025, a total of 301 deaths were registered in Nueva Vizcaya. It is an increase of 7.97 percent of registered deaths compared to the same month of 2024, with 277 registered deaths. As shown in Figure 3, the highest number of registered deaths in May 2025 was recorded in the municipality of Bayombong with a total of 141, which contributed 46.84 percent of the total registered deaths in the province. The municipality of Bambang followed with a total of 28, at 9.30 percent each, and the municipality of Solano with a total of 24, which is a 7.97 percent contribution to the registered deaths of the province.
The municipalities with the least number of registered deaths in May 2025 were Alfonso Castañeda with 1 registered death, Villaverde with 2 registered deaths, and Diadi and Santa Fe with 5 registered deaths each.


Processed application and released approved Certificate of Registration of Authority to Solemnize Marriage (CRASM).
Table 2 shows that three (3) applications for CRASMs were received, screened, and sent to the Regional Office for processing, while fourteen (14) CRASMs were also released in May 2025 compared to the same month in 2024, wherein eight (8) applications were received and eleven (11) CRASMs released.

Birth Issuances
In Figure 4, the graph shows a decrease of 11.55 percent or 963 in the number of processed and issued birth certificates at CRS Bayombong Outlet during the month of May 2025, which is 8,334 compared to the issued documents in May 2024, with 9,297 processed and issued birth certificates.

Marriage Issuances
In Figure 5, the graph also shows a decrease of 2.04 percent or 30 in the number of processed and issued marriage certificates at the CRS Bayombong outlet during the month of May 2025, which is 1,472 as compared to May 2024, with 1,502 processed and issued marriage certificates.

Death Issuances
In Figure 6, the graph shows an increase of 31.41 percent or 212 in the processed and issued death certificates at the CRS Bayombong outlet during the month of May 2025, with 675 as compared to May 2024, with 463 processed and issued death certificates.

Certificate of No Marriage/ Singleness (CENOMAR/CEMAR) Issuances
In Figure 7, the graph shows a decrease of 34.37 percent or 376 in the processed and issued CENOMAR/CEMAR at CRS Bayombong Outlet during the month of May 2025, with 1,094 as compared to May 2024, with 1,470 processed and issued CENOMAR/CEMAR.
