9 October 2024 – PSA Central Office, Quezon City – The Local Civil Registry Office of Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya has been hailed as top sixth in the 2023 Local Civil Registry Offices in the Extra Small Category. On the other hand, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya has once again been recognized as one of the top seven in the Small Category 2023 Local Civil Registry Offices all over the Philippines and included in the 2023 Circle of Excellence.

Since 2018, Kasibu Municipal Civil Registry Office has consistently secured a place in the top 10. They achieved first place in 2018, second place in 2019 and 2020, third place in 2021, eighth place in 2022, and seventh place in the recently concluded award. Meanwhile, the Municipal Civil Registry Office of Diadi honorably marks its first national award for 2023.

The awards were presented to Zenaida G. Malvar, Municipal Civil Registrar of Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya, and Charmaine L. Cadoy Dulnuan, Municipal Civil Registrar of Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya.
