27 May 2025 – TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN. The Regional Statistics Committee Region (RSC2), thru the Philippine Statistics Authority Regional Statistical Services Office II (PSA RSSO II), and in partnership with the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office      No. 02 (DA RFO 02) successfully conducted a two-day training on Mastering Customer Insights: Satisfaction and Survey Analysis from        22 to 23 May at the Organic Agriculture Conference Hall, DA RFO 02, San Gabriel, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

The said training, which is part of the committee’s Statistical Capacity Building Program, aimed at capacitating the members of the Cagayan Valley Regional Statistical System (RSS) on how to design, analyze, and interpret customer surveys to ensure client satisfaction.

Mr. Emilson U. Jimenez, Administrative Services Officer IV of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas – Tuguegarao Branch and President of the Philippine Statistical Association, Inc. – Region 2 Chapter; and                                        Mr. Jeffson D. Carbonell, Project Technical Assistant I of the Department of Science and Technology – Region II, served as Resource Persons during the training.

A total of 43 participants from RSC2 member-agencies composing 18 regional line agencies, four local government units, four academic institutions and two private sectors attended and participated in the event.
