23 June 2025 - TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN. The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office II (PSA-RSSO II) successfully conducted its second round of the Civil Registry System (CRS) Mobile Outlet services in the Province of Batanes, serving 503 clients.

During the five-day mobile outlet on 16-20 June 2025, a total of 1,156 documents were processed and released. Several concerns on civil registration were also addressed. The initiative coincided with the week-long pre-celebration of the Vunung Festival 2025, marking Batanes' 242nd Foundation Day.

Chief Statistical Specialist Ramil G. Abad expressed his gratitude to PSA RSSO II for bringing essential services to the province.
