08 February 2024 - TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN. As part of the 34th Civil Registration Month (CRM) celebration, the Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office II (PSA-RSSO II) successfully conducted the Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) Quiz Bee Regional Elimination last 08 February 2024. Ten representatives from the Local Civil Registry Offices (LCRO) across the region joined the activity on-line. 

In his welcome message, Engr. Girme M. Bayucan, Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of PSA-RSSO II extended his gratitude to the participants. He said that the quiz bee serves as an avenue to strengthen partnership between LCROs and the PSA, and a platform to capacitate the employees and staff of the LCRO. 

Ms. Glenda R. White, Registration Officer II of LCRO Nagtipunan, Quirino secured the top spot and will represent the region in the 4^th CRVS National Quiz Bee on 28 February 2024 at the PSA 23-Storey Building, PSA Complex, East Avenue, Quezon City.
