The Municipality of Cordon, Isabela celebrated the successful issuance of Free Certificates of Live Birth to recipients under the PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Project (PBRAP) in a heartwarming ceremony on January 15, 2024. The event, which was organized by the Philippine Statistics Authority-Isabela and the Local Government Unit of the Municipality of Cordon, was a critical turning point in the process of giving residents access to necessary identification cards.
A total of 104 beneficiaries received their Certificate of Live Birth in Security Paper (SECPA) during the ceremony.
