27 June 2025 - TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN. In its effort to bring its services closer to the public, The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office II (PSA-RSSO II), through its Civil Registry System (CRS) Mobile Outlet successfully served 625 clients in the municipality of Claveria, Cagayan.

During the three-day mobile outlet service held on 24-26 June 2025, a total of 1,248 documents were processed and released. Mayor Lucille Angelus Guilllen-Yapo expressed her gratitude for extending accessibility and effortless transaction in securing Civil Registry Documents to their constituents who finds it challenging to have long travel to the nearest CRS Outlet in Tuguegarao City.  Several concerns of clients related to civil registration were also addressed.
