PSA Isabela National ID Personnel during the conduct of Registration at Bambanti Festival Caravan.

31 January 2025 – CITY OF ILAGAN, ISABELA – The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) - Isabela Provincial Statistical Office successfully conducted the National ID registration at Queen Isabela Park, Capitol Grounds, Alibagu, City of Ilagan, Isabela, from 20-24 January 2025, as part of this year’s Bambanti Festival.

The vibrant annual event is attended by people from across Isabela and tourists from other provinces. In collaboration with the provincial government, PSA used this opportunity to bring National ID services closer to more people.

The mobile registration offered various services, including National ID registration for individuals aged zero (0) months and above, printing and issuance of National IDs in paper form, retrieval of lost Transaction Reference Numbers (TRN), requests for replacement of peeled-off National ID cards, assistance in accessing the digital National ID, and tracking of National ID status. This initiative enables the government to effectively track and identify all citizens while also serving as a proactive measure to improve children’s access to essential government programs.

Throughout the event, PSA registered 34 individuals for the National ID and issued 23 National IDs in paper form. The most common transactions included demographic information updates, TRN retrievals, replacements of peeled-off photos on National ID cards, and assistance with accessing the digital National ID.

The National Identification System aims to provide a seamless, secure, and universally accepted identification system for every Filipino, reinforcing the country’s drive toward digital transformation and inclusive development.
