
Member-representatives of the Isabela Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Provincial Coordinating Board (PCB).
05 June 2024 – CITY OF ILAGAN, ISABELA. Members of the Isabela Community – Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Provincial Coordinating Board (PCB) assembled for its second convening on Wednesday, 05 June 2024, at Piazza Zicarelli Hotel, Restaurant, and Bakeshop, Upi, Gamu, Isabela to further support and cooperate for the upcoming conduct of the 2024 Census of Population – CBMS (POPCEN – CBMS).
The Isabela CBMS – PCB is chaired by Hon. Rodolfo T. Albano III, Provincial Governor of Isabela, represented by Mr. Kim Patrick G. Agbayani, Provincial Public Safety Officer (PPSO) of Isabela, who presided over the assembly. Engr. Marivic M. Garcia, Provincial CBMS Focal Person of the Philippine Statistics Authority – Isabela (PSA – Isabela) assisted and discussed the agenda items. This was participated by CBMS – PCB member-representatives from various provincial department offices, provincial line agencies, Schools Division Offices (SDOs), and academe in the province.
The purpose of the activity was to discuss the enhanced terms of reference of CBMS – PCB members through the various PSA Board Resolutions and a local Executive Order. Furthermore, the discussion centered on the integrated operations and other related administrative matters of the 2024 POPCEN – CBMS to ensure the smooth flow during its conduct in the province.
The implementation of the 2024 POPCEN – CBMS was primarily designed to update the local and national population statistics, in order to provide data for local-level evidence-based planning and project implementation, and serve as data source of registries for beneficiary targeting.
