31st NSM Poslogan

1. The contest is open to all Senor High School and College students of the Cagayan Valley Region.
2. Each participant (can be individual or in group) must submit ONE entry only.

3. The POSLOGAN must reflect the theme - “Bridging Digital Gaps: Making Information Available to All”. The poster must illustrate and interpret the theme, and must be emphasized further with a slogan.

4. Slogan must be in English Language using a maximum of 8 words.

5. Participants must use applications such as Photoshop, Procreate, Adobe sketch, Adobe illustrator, among others.

6. Entries must bear the participant’s complete name and school affiliation at the lower right portion of the POSLOGAN, written in Arial style, 12 point font, bold, all-caps, single line spacing and must follow the format:

7. POSLOGAN must be in Portrait, A4 size format with 300 DPI resolution.

8. Entries must be submitted and registered on or before 25 October 2020 via http://bit.ly/31stNSM_POSLOGAN

9. The POSLOGAN will be judged according to the following criteria

     Relevance to the theme    40%

     Impact and Presentation   30%

     Originality                          30%

     TOTAL                              100%
Winners will receive the following:
1st Prize: Php 5,000.00 + Certificate of Recognition
2nd Prize: Php 3,000.00 + Certificate of Recognition

3rd Prize: Php 2,000.00 + Certificate of Recognition

Submission of entries constitutes full permission for the Philippine Statistics Authority Regional Statistical Services Office II (PSA RSSO II) to exhibit, use and publish artwork with the participant’s name for dissemination purposes, printed or electronic media, without any approval from or compensation to the participant.

BONUS: All entries will be published on the PSA RSSO II Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/psarsso02 on 27 October 2020, and whichever POSLOGAN gets the most Facebook likes by 30 October 2020, 09:00 AM, will receive Php 1,000.00.
