BIRTH ISSUANCES

The bar graph shows the number of processed and issued birth certificates at CRS Tuguegarao Outlet during the second quarter of 2019. The total number of issued documents decreased by 25.3 percent or 105, 877 compared to the previous year of same quarter about is 141,732.

The month of April was observed to have the highest birth requested and processed applications with a total of 40,558.

 

MARRIAGE ISSUANCES

On Marriage issuances, CRS Tuguegarao Outlet received a total of 15,413 requests for marriage certificate during the second quarter of this year. This figure shows that the requested documents declined by 12.25 percent compared to same period of 2018.

The month of May posted the highest number of processed marriages with a total of 5,718 for compared to the 6,610 of 2018.

 

CENOMAR ISSUANCES

A total of 14,301 requested CENOMAR were processed and issued this quarter of 2019. Requested document also decreased from 17,092 of last year
to 14,301 this 2019. April posted the highest requests this year while the month of May had the highest in 2018.

 

DEATH ISSUANCES

The graph shows a total of 2,595 processed death issuances during the second quarter. The figure indicates a decrease of about 4.14 percent
from the 2018 figure of 2,707 requested death certificates

 

ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF AUTHORITY TO SOLEMNIZE MARRIAGE (CRASM)

This graph shows that 78 applications for CRASM was approved for the second quarter of 2019 compared to the same period of 2018 which
is 68 applications, a slight increase of 14.71 percent was noted. The month of April was observed to have the highest number of processed CRASM
within the quarter.

 

ELECTRONIC ENDORSEMENT

A total of 3,985 approved civil registry documents were electronically endorsed while 326 were disapproved by the Central Office due to the following reasons: 

1)  Wrong form used

2)  Similar document was loaded in the database

3)  Blurred/unreadable entries

4)  Double/multiple registration/s

5)  Signature of the C/MCR is different from the specimen signature submitted and loaded in the database.

 

BARANGAY PEOPLES DAY

PSA-Regional Office participated in the Barangay Peoples Day conducted by the City Government of Tuguegarao on May 31, 2019 at Capatan Gymnasium, Tuguegarao City to advocate out the significance of civil registration in the life of every Filipino and be updated of the civil registration services in the PSA deliveries.

Ms. Maria Corazon H. Guzman participated in the activity to disseminate the importance of civil registration and to answer queries/ issues encountered
in their civil registry documents.  Queries and concerns related to civil registration were properly cleared out.

 

OCULAR INSPECTION OF CHURCHES          

The Civil Registration and Administrative Support Division headed by Milagros C. Adduru, Chief Administrative Officer conducted field verification together
with Statistical Specialist II Ma. Corazon H. Guzman on April 30, 2019 on the veracity of data stated in the application of Pastor Ramon Labuguen
of The Kingdom of God the Saviour and Redeemer Inc. at Cabatauan, Isabela also with Pastor Cesar Catacutan of The Oracle of God Church Fellowship Ministry, Inc. at Cauayan City, Isabela.

 

DATA REQUEST

The RSSO2 received three (3) letters from the Regional Trial Court, the Philippine National Police and National Commission on Indigenous People requesting data on civil registry documents, validate the authenticity of the documents for investigation purposes and court proceedings. The office carefully responded to the requests on time.
